Refund Policy

This policy covers all purchases made directly through feotherdisciplines.com (simulator access) and through Amazon (book purchases). Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Book purchases (Paperback and Kindle)

Books sold through Amazon (both paperback and Kindle editions) are subject to Amazon's standard return policy:

  • Paperback: returnable within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return is processed directly through your Amazon account.
  • Kindle: refundable within 7 days of purchase via Amazon's self-service return system, provided you have not read more than 10% of the book.

FE Tactical Press has no direct control over Amazon refund decisions. Contact Amazon Customer Service for all book refunds.

2. Access codes included with book purchases

Each qualifying book purchase includes a one-time access code for 30 days of simulator access printed on the back cover.

  • Before redemption: if the book is returned to Amazon and the access code has not been redeemed, the code is automatically voided upon return processing. No separate action is required.
  • After redemption: once an access code has been redeemed and simulator access activated, the code is consumed and no refund can be issued for the simulator access portion. This is because access to all 330+ questions and simulations is granted immediately upon redemption.

3. Simulator-only purchases (feotherdisciplines.com)

3.1 One-time 30-day access ($29)

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request the refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, and
  • You have not started a full 110-question simulation.

Refund requests that meet both conditions will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. To request a refund, email refunds@feotherdisciplines.com with your order confirmation.

Once a full simulation has been started, or after 7 days from purchase, no refund will be issued. Topic drills and dashboard access alone do not disqualify you from a refund — only starting a full 110-question simulation does.

3.2 Monthly subscription ($19/month)

  • First month: refundable within 7 days of the initial charge if you have not started a full 110-question simulation, under the same conditions as Section 3.1.
  • Renewal charges: not refundable. You must cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date.
  • How to cancel: log into your account → Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation is immediate and permanent.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution. We will respond to all chargebacks with the full transaction record, login activity log, and this published refund policy. We strongly encourage you to contact us at refunds@feotherdisciplines.com before filing a dispute — most issues are resolved within 48 hours.

5. Technical issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to the Service and we are unable to resolve it within 72 hours, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the conditions in Section 3, at our discretion. Report technical issues to refunds@feotherdisciplines.com with a description and screenshot.

6. EU / Italian consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU ("Consumer Rights Directive"). You may withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, unless you have expressly consented to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By completing a simulator purchase and clicking the confirmation button, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the Service has begun. This is standard practice for digital products under EU law (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

Despite this waiver, we maintain the voluntary 7-day refund window described in Section 3 as a customer goodwill policy.

7. How to request a refund

To request a simulator refund:

  1. Email refunds@feotherdisciplines.com
  2. Include your account email address and order confirmation number
  3. State the reason for the refund (optional but helpful)

We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
